Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our abilities. However, due to the nature of our reservations and the limited availability of rooms, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy: 1. Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a full refund of the reservation amount.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Refund Process:

• Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with the above policy will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.

3. No-Show Policy:

• If a guest fails to arrive without canceling the reservation, no refund will be provided.

4. Early Departure:

• In case of early departure, the remaining unused nights of the reservation will not be refunded.

5. Modification Policy:

• Reservation dates may be modified subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel management.
• Modifications made within 30 days of the scheduled check-in date may not be permitted and will be subject to the same cancellation policy.

6. Group Bookings:

• For group bookings of 10 rooms or more, a separate cancellation and refund policy will be provided at the time of booking.

7. Force Majeure:

• The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in cases of natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be provided with the option to reschedule their stay or receive a refund.
